Haven't gone to another salon in the last 10 years. Walked in one day with hair past my butt because asking for a 1 inch trim afraid of yet another horrible haircut, walked out with a shoulder length cut to that exceeded my wildest expectations. Once I got in the chair it was clear they knew what they were doing and I went totally off book and told them to do whatever they wanted. My hair was flouncy, flattering, and easy to care for! I had no idea my curls could look like that until I found this salon. Lily is my favorite stylist (though all the ladies there are awesome!). I can literally plop in the chair, say "I'd like to be able get most of it in a pony tail, otherwise make it look nice?" and I always walk out with gorgeous hair that grows out really well. Lily is especially great at making flattering styles with minimal directions, and they actually LISTEN. If I say "I don't want to go shorter than this length" they don't! And if I ask if they think something would look good or be easy to care for, they're honest. I wouldn't trust my hair with anyone else.
